Moorage Credit Program

Our moorage credit program allows you to earn money while your boat is away from the marina!

While you are out enjoying our beautiful coastal waters, visiting boaters moor in your berth, resulting in credits to your account. Simply fill out the online form or inform our staff of the intended time of your departure and estimated time of return. It’s that simple.

This program has proven successful for many years. Here’s how it works: a credit equal to 20% of the gross visitor moorage revenue is applied to your account. Metered electrical consumption while your boat is away will not be invoiced to you.

If we sublet your berth under the Monthly rate structure, the reimbursement to you is half of the annual moorage fee for that period.

The moorage credit program enhances the efficiency of the marina and enables us to provide better service and improved facilities for you. It also provides a welcome berth for visiting boaters, a service you may also be able take advantage of at other marinas while cruising on the coast. This is an important part of our operations and its success would not be possible without your assistance and cooperation.

Moorage Wait List Program

In the event that a berth is not available, the wait list program offers you an opportunity to secure a position on an administered list in the order requests are received. Simply fill out the online form or contact the marina office to provide your yacht and contact information. We then contact you as soon as a slip becomes available. The non-refundable wait list administration fee is $120 per calendar year and is not applied to your moorage upon arrival. This wait list program ensures a credible and efficient wait list for the benefit of customers seriously wanting moorage at Van Isle Marina. Wait times vary and the marina makes every effort to accommodate all moorage requests.
